Located on the historic Lampe Homestead in the beautiful Carson Valley, our farm is less than 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe and Carson City, Nevada. We purchased the property in 2002 and began restoration to preserve it for future generations - ours and yours. Today, as you visit our farm, you can see and feel the history of this lovely place, while creating memories that will last a lifetime. Our farm is a busy place - growing luscious blackberries and raspberries for sale on the farm as well as to restaurants. Our farm is also used as a venue for special occasions like weddings, family reunions, and antique barn sales. Spacious lawns and flower beds provide a beautiful backdrop for a variety of events - country chic at its best. Completely furnished with antiques, our historic two story Victorian house is a romantic setting for the bride and her attendants to get ready for the wedding. The groom and attendants can relax prior to the ceremony in the library-parlor. The ceremony can be performed on spacious lawn areas surrounded by flowering shrubs and trees or in the circa 1900 barn under soaring post and beams. Dinner can be either in the barn or under 100 year old apple trees. And, of course, dancing can be in the barn (on a dance floor we provide) or under the stars. There are many lovely, unique locations on the property for special photo memories. Our venue is perfect for 50 - 150 guests.
